At Gisborne Scaffolding, we’re passionate about building more than just scaffolds - we’re helping build futures. Our team often hosts scaffolding course workshops, providing hands-on learning opportunities for those keen to enter the trade or up-skill within the industry.

We’re also proud to be involved in the Gisborne Boys’ High School Gateway Programme, giving students the chance to gain real-world work experience throughout the year. It’s a great way for young people to get a taste of the scaffolding industry, learn valuable skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Investing in training and youth development is one of our ways of giving back to the community and helping the next generation of scaffolders find their feet and their passion in the trade.

We love getting behind our local teams and clubs. Supporting the people who make our community what it is has always been a big part of who we are.

We are proud to sponsor some awesome local crews, including:

  • Gisborne Boys’ High School Rugby League Team

  • Shockers Football Club

  • Paikea Whalers Rugby League

  • Wainui Surf Life Saving Club

  • Poverty Bay Golf Club

We think it’s pretty special to see locals out there giving it their all - whether it’s on the field, in the surf, or on the green. Helping where we can is just our way of saying thanks to the community that’s always supported us.
